Seema works as the Criminal Justice Officer at the UNODC Regional Office for South Asia. Her work includes providing policy level inputs on matters relating to criminal justice and transnational organized crime. She has extensive experience in the field of human rights, criminal law, justice sector reform, access to justice, drug trafficking, gender and prison reform.
She has over fifteen years of experience in working with diversified systems, sectors and organizations, ranging from the civil society, government, international organizations, and other UN organizations. She has attained her degree in Law from the University of Delhi, India and holds a Master’s in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
